Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Because our items are made to order, please allow 5 business days for production before your order ships. Made-to-order and personalized items may require additional time during peak seasons (e.g., November–December).
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We're not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to correct it before your order ships.
